IOD – 02.02.10

Introducing, the IMAGE OF THE DAY. Everyday we will dig through the archives or pull from our latest shooting assignment and post an image to share. It may be because we like the lighting, the subject matter or it’s just a new camera we are playing with. Give us your feedback and let us know what you think.

Here is today’s post. This image was shot by Brian last spring.
“I was using the Canon 5D and shooting available light. The lens was at 65.0 mm. I was shooting f/4.0, 1/6 sec at 3200 ISO.
The ISO on the 5D is so amazing at even such high settings. I wasn’t expecting to capture much, but this shot just stuck out at me. I like the shallow depth of field and the bit of motion blur that’s happening. The yellows and red of the C pop nicely as well.” – B
