Introducing, the IMAGE OF THE DAY. Everyday we will dig through the archives or pull from our latest shooting assignment and post an image to share. It may be because we like the lighting, the subject matter or it’s just a new camera we are playing with. Give us your feedback and let us know what you think.
Football season may be over for your team, but there is always next year.
We recently had the opportunity to shoot Bud Light College Football program for 2010. Great assignment and a real challenge.
How do you suspend a player in mid stride and then change his uniform 5 different times, without altering his stance? Answer, we built a rig that our talent could step in and out of, kind of like a giant Mego Action Figure. Without breaking a sweat, our star could pop right back into his Heisman Trophy stance, shot after shot.
On Oct. 16 we hosted Brian’s Dead of the Class – Class Deceased Gallery premier. The series consists of high school year book photos, before and after, zombies attack. Our very own Paul, kindly photographed everyone (and himself) in front of a school gymnasium floor and then edited them together in this hilarious video. You must watch it till the very end. It goes out with a bang.
We’ll the last bike has been taken off the ceiling, all the posters wrapped back up and the last keg returned. The first ArtCrank – STL was a blast. Thanks again to all the artists who participated and everyone who came out to support art in St. Louis. Very special thanks to Mike Weiss and the Big Shark Bicylce Co. http://bigshark.com/ for making sure this event went off without a hitch, Monkey-Do Productions http://monk-e-do.com/ for the custom bikes (and tons of support), the gang at All Along Press http://www.allalongpress.com for printing t-shirts at the show and making sure several of us got our prints done and Andy (Astroboy) Ford http://www.myspace.com/djastroboy for keeping the beat going.
